Welcome to Camp OTC, our fun version of Olympic Training Camp where we provide an unforgettable Hamptons experience for kids!! Led by Kenny Selmon, 2021 Olympian, our young athletes will not only learn the fundamentals of sports but also develop real functional strength and skills that benefit them both on and off the field. Join us for a summer filled with fun, growth, and lasting memories!

Schedule
Welcome to Camp! Athletes will be divided into age-appropriate groups for full days of fitness. We’ll begin learning and implementing the basics of full proper warm-ups, followed by strength, speed, balance, flexibility, and agility exercises. After lunch, the afternoon will be dedicated to competitions, allowing everyone to apply what they've learned throughout the day!

Morning
In the morning, all athletes will participate in engaging full-body warm-ups to get them ready for a day full of activities. These will help improve their flexibility, coordination, and overall readiness ensuring they have a fun and energetic time throughout the day. Let's kick off the morning with enthusiasm and excitement!

Late Morning
Athletes will be divided into age groups after warm-ups, where they will engage in a variety of agility, balance, speed and strength exercises and activities. This structured approach ensures that each child receives age-appropriate instruction and enjoys a fun, energetic environment while developing their physical skills. Lunch will follow!

Afternoon
Athletes after lunch for an exciting series of competitions where kids will showcase all the skills they've honed during the morning sessions. It's a fantastic opportunity for them to put their knowledge into action and have fun while competing!
Meet the Olympian


Kenny Selmon
Kenny Selmon, originally from Atlanta, GA, made his mark as a standout track athlete at The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. During his career, he qualified for five NCAA Championships, earning five All-America accolades and 10 All-ACC honors, while also securing six spots in the UNC top-five all-time records. While competing in the NCAA he won over 10 gold medals amongst his total count of 35. Upon graduating he was awarded the Patterson Medal which is the highest honor for an athlete at UNC. After college, he became a professional track and field athlete representing Spyder. In 2018 he became the USA Champion for the 400 meter hurdles and won gold in at the 2018 Athletics World Cup in London. In 2021 he made the USA Olympic Team that competed in Tokyo. He ran the 400 hurdles and placed 9th. After the Olympics Kenny retired and now works in fitness as a Barry's Fitness Instructor, a Private Trainer, and serves as a Head High School Track and Field coach all in New York City!
